Leadership Training Course Development
I designed and developed a comprehensive leadership training course for You Are Worthy Ministries, equipping new table leaders to confidently facilitate group discussions, navigate sensitive situations with honor, and uphold ministry safety protocols. The course includes seven interactive modules built in Canva, combining voiceover scripts, engaging slide decks, and practical scenario-based learning to deepen understanding and readiness. My work covered instructional design, scripting, and the creation of a quick-reference guide, ensuring leaders felt equipped, supported, and prepared to foster meaningful discipleship environments.

I partnered with You Are Worthy Ministries to design and develop a comprehensive leadership training course for their Maturing in Christ Table Leaders. This multi-module program equips leaders to confidently facilitate group discussions, uphold safety protocols, and foster a culture of honor, trust, and deep discipleship—whether online or in-person.
Scope of work included:
-Full curriculum design (7 training modules)
-Interactive slide decks and voiceover scripting
-Safety protocol development and trauma-informed (honor-focused) practices
-Leadership tools and facilitation strategies for engaging conversations
-Scenario-based learning and quick-reference resources for ongoing support
This project demonstrates my ability to blend instructional design, leadership development, and faith-aligned organizational culture building—all crafted to empower leaders with clarity, confidence, and practical tools.
